One of the main things that jobseekers look for on recruitment websites is a quick way to search for the job they are looking for, and far too often there isn't this facility for jobseekers, which leads to that person leaving the website feeling unsatisfied.

Silverspeed Solutions has developed a job posting facillity that is basic yet very effective. It gives consultants in the office the ability to upload jobs to the database which can then be searched through by jobseekers on the company's website.

When consultants add a job to the database, they can set many options, one of which is an end date for the job, when the job reaches this end date, it is not deleted from the database, but it is simply labelled as inactive and removed from the website but is still visible in the Content Management System, allowing the consultant to make the job live again if they have not filled it by the original closing date.

This system is fully customizable, and can be built to each specific client's needs.
