With the growing difficulties in the world, being green is a key issue these days, and a great way to save paper is to stop faxing and posting timesheets, and to do them all electronically. This is why Silverspeed Solutions has come up with the Online Timesheet Management Facility.

This system allows timesheets to be electronically signed off by client companies and forwarded to the agency's payroll department without 1 piece of paper needing to be printed off!

Timesheets are added by consultants with initial timesheet details such as pay and charge rates along with the candidates and clients name. These are then entered in to a database and an e-mail is sent to inform the client that they have an "active timesheet" to fill in. When the client receives this e-mail they can then log in to the client section of the website and fill in the details and sign off the timesheet for the worker. This timesheet is then added to the online database and a copy is e-mailed to the consultant for their records and to forward to the payroll department.

A "Dashboard" is also built in to the system so that consultants can monitor how many timesheets have been filled in, and how many still need to be submitted. Other details such as total hours and average timesheet value are also available on this feature.
